What They Are

The ColorBreeze Face Flash Cards are a professionally designed color-testing tool that helps determine season using the basic 4-season system, traditional 12-season systems, and my ColorBreeze™ extended system.

Each color has been carefully selected to test undertone, value, and chroma—the three elements that ultimately reveal the correct season.

Every card is numbered (front and back), and each step comes with a matching key sheet so you always know exactly what you’re testing and why.

FAQs

Can these replace drapes? Are they better or worse?

They can replace drapes or be used alongside drapes.

Some consultants prefer drapes exclusively. Others want something lighter, faster, and easier—especially when traveling, working in clients’ homes, or simply tired of managing bulky fabric sets.

Any color placed under the face—fabric or cardstock—creates the same visual effect when you know what to look for. Clear instructions are included so you understand exactly what changes to observe.

They’re also significantly more affordable.

How are these different from other color cards?

Most color card systems show colors labeled by season, and the user decides which season seems to “add up” visually.

My Face Flash Cards work differently.

They are organized into a step-by-step testing system where colors are compared against each other. You mark which colors “win,” track those results, and let the process lead you to the most accurate season—rather than guessing or keeping mental tallies.

They also go beyond the standard 12 seasons.

While 10 of the traditional 12 seasons are included, Soft Summer and Soft Autumn are divided into more specific sub-seasons. There is no longer a single, one-size-fits-all Soft Summer or Soft Autumn. The cards guide you to lighter or deeper soft categories, with an additional step to pinpoint the final sub-season.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. I ship to most countries (excluding Mexico and a few others).

International shipping costs have increased in recent years. To help offset this, the card set was redesigned to be lighter, reducing shipping costs by roughly one-third. Most international shipping rates are approximately $23 USD, depending on location.
